Refund and Cancellation Policy:


For cancellation of any hotel booking, packages or flight request you to please call our customer support number. Only those cancellation requests which are made either through online or on the phone to our customer support shall be considered.  We do not carry out any alterations and variation to online bookings once done. Please don't get in touch with the hotel or the airline directly for reservation / booking changes or cancellations.


The cancellation charges vary and it depends on the hotel, time of stay, package and time of cancellation.  If you don't show up at the hotel, flight or for the group tour, you'll be considered as a no-show and are still liable for the entire amount and no refund in such cases.


Retention Charges:


•  30% retention charges, if cancelled more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival.

•  50% retention charges, if cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 45 days).

•  60% retention charges, if cancelled more than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 30 days).

•  100% retention charges, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.

•  100% retention charges,  If In case, any changes to guest/guests names. (Treated as Cancellation.)

•  100% retention charges, Paid token amount will not be refunded to the customer under any circumstances. However, customers may apply for the booking within 12 months validity from the date of first payment.


**Note: 1 Touch Holiday India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to alternate dates or hotels, in case of no availability (Under exceptional cases) against the amount paid by the customer.


For bookings cancelled online we take at minimum 15 to 21 working days for refund to process and also the same is required for the internal cross check. Also your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.


The amount will be credited back to the same account you used at the time of booking. For example, if made via a credit card, we will make an appropriate charge reversal and in case of a debit card, we will credit the money back to the debit card.


The Corporation reserves the right to amend, alter and frame new rules from time to time which shall be binding to the user of the facilities
